Statutory declaration on institutionalwebsite under section 4(1) (b) of RTI Act 2005 by Indira Gandhi Govt. PGCollege, Vaishali Nagar, Bhilai, Distt.- Durg (C.G.). The college comesunder the purview of Higher Education Department, Govt. of Chhattisgarh. Thecollege is govern by the rules and regulations of the Govt. of Chhattisgarh.

The college is a Post-graduate, Co-educationCollege affiliated to Hemchand Yadav University, Durg.

-       Taking notes,extracts or certified copies of documents or records.

-       Taking certifiedsamples of material

Obtaining Information in the form of CD or any otherelectronics mode or through printout were such information is stored in acomputer or in any other devices.

“INFORMATION” means any material in any from,including records, documents, memos, e-mails, opinion advices, press releases,circulars orders, logbooks, contracts, reports, papers samples, models, datamaterial held any electronics form and information relating to any private bodywith can be accessed by a public authority under any other law for the timebeing in force.

A person, who desires to obtain any informationunder this act, shall make a request in writing or through electronic means inEnglish or Hindi or in the official language of the area in which theapplicants being made accompanying such fee as may be prescribed to the Public InformationOfficer specifying the particulars or the information sought by him or her.

The information can be sought form PublicInformation Officer Indira Gandhi Govt. PG College, Vaishalinagar, Raipur(C.G.) on an application along with payment of Rs. 10.
